As a Partner with W|P|Osborne Executive Search, Veronica has been working in collaboration with Canadian organizations for the past sixteen years assisting them in determining their human capital requirements, focused on succession planning and the build-out of their senior leadership teams. She is passionate about Governance and building leadership capabilities. Prior to her current role, Veronica was the Divisional Manager of an international executive training and development organization. Earlier in her career, Veronica worked in the public policy field, with the Ontario Medical Association, The United Nations Transcorporations Division in Geneva and as a consultant for the advancement of diversity and inclusion within eight of York Region’s Children’s Mental Health agencies. Veronica has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, an Honours BA from the University of Western Ontario and speaks fluent Spanish. In addition to her CCAS Board and CCAF Board responsibilities, she serves on CCAF’s Finance & Investment and Real Property Committees.
